About
I'm Ravigopal Kesari. This photo blog is more like my digital journal, a space where I share my work and document experiences through photographs.
Each album is a collection of moments and memories, It's both a showcase of my photography and a personal archive of places and moments that caught my eye.
I've been into photography for over a decade. It started in college with a phone camera, then my first DSLR—a Nikon D3000 and I've been hooked ever since. I'm drawn to candid moments, still life, and ordinary things, especially when the light hits just right. I've also started exploring videography recently.
My approach is minimal, I travel light and prefer to stay unobtrusive. Most days I reach for a my Sony A7CII with a 20-40mm lens for video and everyday camera, I also do some photowalks with my Fujifilm mirrorless with a few manual lenses. A good portion of my photography, family moments still happen on an iPhone 15 Pro, which is almost always in my pocket.
This site is where I put the photos I want to keep somewhere visible. I shoot in RAW and post-process later—the edit is part of the work.
I'm a software engineer by profession. Photography is my way of slowing down and noticing things. It gives me space to be creative in a different way.
